Hand-crafted artisan chocolates made the way nature intended using florals and botanicals to create amazing flavor profiles. Beautifully packaged and shipped anywhere in the United States!

Years ago, I decided to make chocolates to help fund my son's college education. I started by taking classes through the Ecole Chocolat Institute and became a Master Chocolatier. My first branding of my new chocolate business was very clever, I thought. My logo was a chocolate apple, the name...Eve's Temptation. It was a hit right away, until my site got hacked and redirected to a lingerie and porn site. I contacted Google immediately and was informed, sadly, that there was very little I could do without involving expensive lawyers and fighting for my site name and rights.

Shortly after, I got married and my name changed to Winters. At the same time, I changed my business name to Wintersweet Chocolates. I developed a healthy online business selling chocolates all over the U.S. Then, unexpectedly, my husband died. Months of grief turned into years of grief and I let the business go.

“I always enjoyed the business of chocolate, especially the packaging, and so I decided to renew my interest the past couple of years. Wild Nature Chocolates was born...resurrected so to speak. I enjoy coming up with interesting flavor profiles using the gifts nature has to offer.”

My raw cacao is imported from small organic growers in Venezuela. The cacao comes from the Criollo Theobroma cacao tree, the most unique and rarest of the cacao trees. You can taste the difference.
